[Community-Service] Reflections

Reflections of my week serving by 
Pat McPherson.
I started out the week attending our rolling thunder meeting and finding lots of opportunities for serving next month.

Working on inviting social workers, fromseniors apartments, center on aging, to attend a   seminar on resources for seniors with vision loss.

Working on my favorite community project, which is supplying  school supplies and backpacks to area blind children. this is a project that is close to my heart and very rewarding. It takes several months to prepare for, Bud every      minute is worth it.


I have talked to several people that are in the hospital, rehab, or have lost a loved one  and  they appreciate a phone call or a visit.
I have a long “To Do”  list that seems to be never ending. Got to go, getting a call from a newly blind mentee.
