[Community-Service] February blind squat for your heart challenge

Are you ready to challenge yourself and make a difference? Join the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina Sports and Rec Division's Blind Squat Challenge this February. Record  your video or go live on our group each day doing 25 squats every day and post it in our Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/5322829651170968/ (https://www.facebook.com/groups/5322829651170968/)) or on our page (https://www.facebook.com/NFBSCSportsanRecDiv (https://www.facebook.com/NFBSCSportsanRecDiv)). Tag us on your personal page and ask friends and family to sponsor you with a certain amount per squat. Imagine if you were pledged $0.01 per squat and completed 25 squats every day in February, you would raise $7. Pledged $0.05 per squat, it would be $35. Make a real difference in the lives of visually impaired and blind individuals by participating in this challenge. If you raise the most money during the month of February, you will win a $50 gift card, or cash. You’ll also be named our Sports star⭐️🌟 and have bragging rights.  Sponsorship is not required and being a member of the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina is not a requirement either. Everyone of all ages are welcome to participate. Get your whole family involved. It's not just about the money though, it's about taking care of yourself. Squatting is great for your heart and overall health. Whether you're sighted, visually impaired, or totally blind, you're welcome to participate in this challenge. Let's spread this around the Internet and get everybody involved.
