We want to pay tribute to International Women’s Day and Women’s History
month, by introducing, Women Crushing It Wednesday! We believe it is
essential to recognize members who are truly committed in serving, Beyond
The Six Dots.

For March 1st, we would like to spotlight Patricia McPherson from Cuyahoga*
falls, Ohio. However, some know her as Butterfly!*

Pat has a tremendous amount of passion for giving unto others and her
commitment to serve. She is extremely active as an advocate, a loving
mentor to many, a proud federationist, and is always finding creative and
influential ways to give back to her community.

Her bright colorful wings have been visible throughout countless
activities, on a local and national level.

Her dedication to service does not end with the federation. She is a member
of Rolling Thunder, which is an organization to support veterans. The major
function of Rolling Thunder is to publicize the Prisoners of War (POW) and
Missing In Action (MIA)issues. They also educate the public on the history
of American POWs who have been left behind and they help protect future
Veterans from being left behind.

When the Ohio Strong Butterfly is not giving back to her local community,
she is serving at a youth shelter for the CSD service project, advocating
for the rights of disabled individuals on Capitol Hill, and being an
impactful source of encouragement to men and women all over this nation!
She loves to help, serves with a kind heart, and has never met a stranger!

Thank you for, Crushing it, Miss Butterfly!
