Having the skills and qualifications for the job is big, but what you do in your spare time has a significant impact on a potential employer, and can be the difference between them hiring you, or the next person who is more involved. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>After losing my eyesight 25 years ago, this is how I began to get back on my feet, and I have never looked back. With the last job I had applied for, and it was the only one because I really wanted this job, I was offered the position after 3 interviews, and was chosen out of a group of finalists of about 65-70. The reason, my connections back to the community. What accomodations did you use?
