Kamala is completely blind, but makes no excuses and wants to do new things and learn different skills.<br class=""><br class="">Kamala is currently trying to obtain new hearing aids through the Lion’s lighthouse foundation and obtain computer skills through Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation so she can utilize technology to help her secure meaningful paid employment. She is enjoying learning new skills while contributing something to others. Kamala recently volunteered to work at the Gwinnett Arena Concession stand raising money for the nonprofit, For My Sisters, which assists single mothers.
