<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">As you all know that every year there are the first time convention comers. How many of these individuals are English speakers and how many are not.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">The community service division should have a list of members who can speak another language. The new-comers who need a mentor who speaks their native language should be
matched up this person. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">It will be helpful for the new-comer and the old timer will do community service.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">Mentoring is one kind of community service.
