<DIV>May I suggest, if possible,  that you set the list for only the 

moderator to post to members?  This would eliminate any kind of nonsense 

emails and chit chat email.  A separate list could be started for anyone on 

the informational list to join if they are interested in interaction and 

discussion.</DIV>

<DIV>It seems a shame for so many to opt out because of the volume.  The 

actual informational emails have not been voluminous. </DIV>

<DIV>Setting up two lists might help to keep all parties satisfied.  Just a
