2010 annual state convention, our members passed Resolution 2010-01 concerning
equality in voting practices. Related to that resolution is a bill being
considered by the State Legislature, SB939: An Act Concerning Revisions to
Elections Related Statutes. Included in this bill are provisions that ensure
that <U>all</U> voting systems are functioning, tested and ready for use prior
to all elections. We are especially concerned with Sec. 52, Section
9-247.</FONT></DIV>
