Related to that resolution is a bill being considered by the State Legislature,
SB939: An Act Concerning Revisions to Elections Related Statutes. Included in
this bill are provisions that ensure that <u>all</u> voting systems are
functioning, tested and ready for use prior to all elections. We are especially
