<div style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoBodyText><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt" mce_style="font-size: 12pt;">SB939 will ensure that each November when blind people go to their polling places, they will find a vote-by-phone system up, tested, running and available for use. This is a step towards our ultimate goal of one primary and preferred voting system that is accessible both to the majority of the public and to the blind.</SPAN></div>
