Authority is taking my access away later today... Read on from my FB post last

of moving close to the Apple Festival -- I might not even have access to the
Fritter booth 200feet in front of my home Southington Housing Authority is
blocking the ADA wheelchair access to the Abbey Municipal Parking Lot with a
snowfence by the Ferris Wheel -- a little against the ADA rules but oh well
guess litter is more important.. than the money they spent for the access.. Any
Help politicos!! Just found out Thursday!</SPAN></FONT> Festival starts
tonight.. The walkway is used to go downtown on a relatively flat surface
instead of going down an extremely sharp hill. <BR><BR><FONT face=Arial><SPAN

though blocked for the festival. That can be lived with.<BR><BR>Just spoke with
the Housing Director in my apartment according to him the Town Attorney just
ruled they have the right to BREAK the Law, interesting, and that
the fence is going up within an hour or 2. The confrontation is on.
