<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:12pt;"><div style="font-size:12pt;MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt"><FONT face=Tahoma>In July 2011, Governor Malloy signed Public Act 11-137 into law. This Act, which for the most part was effective upon passage, makes several changes to election laws. Section 37, Section9-247 of the general statutes now states that <B><U>ALL</U></B> voting systems will be delivered, tested and operable no later than one hour prior to poll opening time. Voting Systems include those equipped for persons with disabilities to comply with the Help America Vote Act.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></div>
