It is a two-year bill (period of fiscal years 2013 and 2014) that would provide $101 billion to the Highway Trust Fund. After a preliminary review, there is NOT any language that changes federal law on commercial services at rest areas. I'm going to continue to review it though. The conference report still must be signed by conferees and voted on. The current extension expires on June 30. </span><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";color:black'><o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal style='background:white'><span style='font-size:13.5pt;color:black'>The conference report drops the House’s Keystone XL pipeline and coal ash titles. As far as paying for the bill, details won’t become available until the Joint Committee on Taxation releases its estimated score ofthe conference report (which should be soon).
