Frontier Communications has provided to us their information on how to register for the 9-1-1 Special Needs system. This system alerts the 9-1-1 operator that someone in the household has a special need if a call is placed to 9-1-1 from the wireline in the home. The forms, which are available in English and Spanish can be accessed in the Emergency Resources link on the BESB section of the DORS website.
