<div>(1) The deadline date has been extended to Monday, the 26th.</div>

<div>(2) There are plenty of rooms at the hotel so there should be no problem reserving a room as long as it's done by Monday. Our contact at the hotel would not have extended the deadline date if there was a problem with space. If you do have problems booking your room, please let me know.</div>
