A “birdie” is made when a hole is completed in one stroke less than par. Birdies are counted for PGA Tour professionals’ play on Monday and Wednesday through Sunday at the Travelers Championship. Between 1500 and 2000 birdies are expected.<o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black"> <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">Flat rate donations made by charge card will be processed immediately. At the conclusion of the tournament on June 25, 2017, the Travelers Championship will calculate the number of birdies made and send invoices to each of our per-birdie donors. For example, if an individual makes a $.02 per birdie pledge and there are 1800 birdies made, then that individual will be asked to make a donation of $36.00 donation to our organization.
