Programs at the Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind have been updated and posted on the agency website in the BESB section. Links to both manuals are immediately below. I wish to thanks those who submitted public comments as well as the members
of our Advisory Board and State Rehabilitation Council for their work on finalizing these updates.
