for the Blind have been updated subsequent to the completion of a public comment period and affirming votes by the State Rehabilitation Council and the Advisory Board. The updates are in the sections pertaining to “Personal Adjustment Training, Post-Secondary
Training,” and “Adaptive Equipment, Telecommunications, Sensory and Technological Aids/Devices,” incorporating the proposed changes that were the subject of the public comment period.
