I believe this entire conversation revolves around my initial complaint to my state representative about and inaccessible part of the state website. Representative Simmons was going to forward my concerns to someone with the authority to fix this, and apparently it went to this person who intern reached out to the NFB! Then, it winds up back in my lap, but who better to convey the problems and recommend solutions?? I will follow up again tomorrow morning. I have similarly working with the DOT and their web developers out of San Francisco because part of the Hartford line website is also in accessible.
