<p class="MsoNormal">As many of you have likely heard, I have now moved back to the east coast, where I am living and working in Philadelphia. Itās pretty cool how I can see my family on simple weekends now.

<p class="MsoNormal">I am in a similar boat to Trevor on this one. The first Federationist I ever met was Bruce Woodward, and, with Bruce, came Betty. They were great examples, and their love and support was an irreplaceable part of my introduction to this
amazing family and organization. They both knew the history of our movement so well, and I hope that we have recorded as much of it as we could. I think it would also be great for us to record our own memories of Betty and Bruce, and their work, to be preserved
in the tenBroek Library for generations to come. The new people in our movement can get to know Betty and Bruce Woodward if the rest of us, who were privileged enough to know them, do our part to give their spirits eternal life in our movement.

<p class="MsoNormal">I've known Betty and Bruce Woodward for many years and have been welcome in their home several times. Now, she and Bruce are reunited up in Heaven, and there was no doubt that the angels expressed both of them into Heaven! I once belonged
to the Danbury Chapter where Betty was a member and this was prior to when the Waterbury Chapter was first formed in 1990 and I was its first president. Betty will be very sorely missed and, as with Bruce, she will be in my prayers every night. God Bless

<p class="MsoNormal">Trevor and I have known Betty and Bruce for well over 30 years. I have sweet memories of their enthusiasm over Trevās early cane travel lessons and school progress. Betty interviewed Trev for several scholarship opportunities. When Trev
won and Bruce presented it to him at a state convention, I remember Bruce announcing to the audience, āI love this job!ā Years later, when Trev secured a national scholarship, I took Bruce and Betty aside and told them they were the inspiration behind it.
Their gentle, unwavering influence helped Trevor to believe in himself. We all are better people for having known them. They leave behind a legacy of community involvement and dedicated kindness. We need to pay it forward. <o:p></o:p></p>
