<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Aira was founded with the belief of providing a new and
valuable service based on needs expressed by people with blindness or low
vision. We�ve emphasized listening to our customers, including thousands of�
trials and focus groups. We are assembling a first-ever virtual group of
Explorers representing the broad cross-section of our customers interested in
promoting Aira as a visual interpreting solution.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To formalize this process and create a space for that input,
we are taking applications to serve on an advisory body. Currently we are
calling this part of Aira our Dynamic Insights Group (DIG). Membership in the
DIG will last for six months and will cover the following areas: </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Beta testing software, new features and releases </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Evaluating and testing new processes with in the app and
Aira.io web site </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Providing consumer feedback on policies such as pricing,
privacy and special offers</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Providing specific feedback involving particular populations
or countries </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Members will represent all of the countries served by Aira.
The DIG will meet monthly via Zoom Meetings and will take part in a closed
email list for more regular communication. Members will work with a number of
departments within Aira and will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
(NDA). Compensation will be provided for participation on the DIG. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The DIG will represent the range of Aira�s customers which
means that you need not be a tech expert to apply. If you have a quality you
think we need, such as input involving a particular segment of our users, we
want to hear from you. </p>

12:00pm Pacific time on June 26. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Once the application closes, we will review applicants for
interviews. Fifteen participants will be chosen and notified within one week of
the the application closing date. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Members can expect to commit up to three hours per month,
including group meetings and special projects to the DIG. Prior experience on
customer advisory boards, product testing groups and review committees is not
required. Prompt responses to testing requests are essential. </p>
