I applied for an overseas ballot from my registrar of voters and asked that it be delivered by e-mail. The justification I gave for trying to use this format of an absentee ballot is that it was a reasonable accommodation of my disability. My registrar and town clerk approved and sent me the ballot. I did have to ask for the fillable version of the PDF, but the clerk found a fillable version and I got it in time. I voted that ballot, writing in my selections for each office, printed it, and mailed it Saturday… Fingers crossed that it is accepted. I don’t know the deadline for asking for these ballots, but you may still be able to do so today.
