<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto"><div dir="ltr">Hi everyone,<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div>While listening to a podcast, called ,”Blind Abilities”, the guest was author Barbara Henskee, whose book, “guiding Emily“ has been made into a movie that will air tonight on the hallmark movies and mystery channel at 9 PM, as well as 7 PM on Sunday and other times. All of the actors in the movie are visually impaired. It was filmed in British Columbia, Canada. Spoiler alert there are puppies and a guide dog incorporated in the story. The author seems to have a deep understanding of our community and the challenges involving the long wait to receive a guide dog. According to her, there is a shortage of puppy raisers.
