<a href="https://nfb.org/new_member_form">New Member Form</a> is back up and running! While the developers were fixing the issue we discovered with the form, we made a few updates. First, we updated the instructions for those filling out the form. You can find
those at the top of the page. Second, the chapter or division will now be included on the confirmation email. Last, when adding new members, you still need to include the entire mailing address (so they get their new member materials). However, when you are
adding members that you *<b>know</b>* are already members of the Federation, you only have to enter the State in the address section.<o:p></o:p></p>
