To visit Microsoft’s profile, open the Be My Eyes app, and navigate to Specialized Help. Here you can select “Technical” and click on Microsoft to open their profile on Be My Eyes. You can now tap on the new “Chat with Be My AI” button on Microsoft’s profile and ask any question through a text message! Blind users of Be My Eyes will always have the option to use traditional human conversations with a Microsoft agent.
