We pledged $25K, and paid the first installment of $5,000 in November 2023. I understand each November we will pay a $5,000 installment. I am not sure if this would be considered a restricted account, for as you are aware, once held we cannot use those funds for anything else. And we didn't actual fundraise nor seek donations specifically for pledge. So, I am not sure if we wish to just consider it a liability or if we want to set up restricted funds. I wasn't able to find anything on National's website on policy.
