to make this a political discussion, but Wal-Mart
decided to scrap all of its (DEI) diversity, equity
and inclusion initiatives be cause of the Trump
executive order demanding that all companies that do
business with the Federal government, discontinue DEI.
It is important to let your U.S. reps and, especially
the press about this discontinuation iof the AIRA
program by Walmart. The press focuses on DEI being
just about employment especially for racial groups and
LGBTQ, but it is NoT just about employment, it is also
about equity and diversity recognition in product
development and services for people with disabilities.
DO not allow the U.S. “President” to take away the
things we need and access we have fought for so long
and hard. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

stockholders voted 97% to maintain their DEI
programs, one of the few companies not falling in
line with Presidential illegal demands. Executives
are not laws, until approved by Congress. Most
people, even politicians do not realize the DEI
programs include employment, and product
considerations for us. Let them know!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
