<p>I am very pleased to share that today we have opened the survey for our annual Apple Vision Accessibility Report Card, and I would like to personally invite you to <a href="https://www.applevis.com/2025-apple-vision-accessibility-report-card-survey">take the survey</a> and help us determine the 2025 ratings.</p>
<p>Now in its fourth year, the Apple Vision Accessibility Report Card presents valuable insights to Apple and to our community from individuals who rely on VoiceOver, braille support, or the low vision features available on Apple products. Previous Report Cards have been tremendously insightful, providing blind, DeafBlind, and low vision users with a platform to speak honestly and openly about their real-world experiences with Apple products, software, and services.</p>
<p>The survey used to produce the Report Card covers vision accessibility features across the iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS operating systems. Participants are asked to rate features and overall user experience on a scale of one (least favorable) to five (most favorable), with the option to include written comments. The survey also invites participants to provide feedback on new vision accessibility features introduced by Apple in 2025, as well as Apple\u2019s performance in addressing vision-related accessibility bugs over the past year. Finally, participants are encouraged to share suggestions on how Apple can further improve their vision accessibility features and user experience, and better serve their blind, DeafBlind, and low vision users in 2026 and beyond.</p>
<p>The Report Card, including a curated selection of user-submitted comments, will be shared directly with Apple and with the community in the coming weeks. It will provide a clear and concise summary of results, highlight key insights, and include comparisons with ratings from previous years. Your participation will enable us to identify areas where our community believes Apple is excelling and where improvements can be made, and, hopefully, influence Apple's roadmap for the coming year and beyond.</p>
<p>The more responses we receive, the more representative and impactful the Report Card will be. I would be very grateful if you would take a few moments to <a href="https://www.applevis.com/2025-apple-vision-accessibility-report-card-survey">complete the survey</a> and make your voice heard. Please note that, as a security measure, you must be logged in to your AppleVis account in order to take the survey. If you do not yet have an AppleVis account, you can <a href="https://www.applevis.com/user/register">register for free here</a>, then visit the survey page to participate. The survey will close on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 15:00 UTC / 9:00 a.m. CST.</p>
<p>Before submitting a survey response, please review the following important information:</p>
<ul>
<li>Before starting the survey, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with <a href="https://www.applevis.com/blog/apple-vision-accessibility-2024-applevis-report-card">last year's Report Card.</a></li>
<li>When submitting ratings and comments, please only provide responses for questions where you have personal experience with the accessibility feature and platform in question during 2025. For example, if you have used VoiceOver on iOS during 2025 but used VoiceOver on macOS in 2024, we ask that you please only submit answers for the questions relating to VoiceOver on iOS. While we recognize that many in our community have opinions about Apple's platforms beyond those with which they have current lived experience, only submitting ratings for platforms that you used during 2025 will help ensure that the survey results are an accurate representation of current views and lived experiences of product end users.</li>
<li>The 1-5 rating scale we are using is a typical model where 5 is the best score. So, if you give a rating of 5, it means you are highly satisfied with the aspect being rated; a rating of 3 means you are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied; and a rating of 1 means you are highly dissatisfied.</li>
<li>In this survey and our Report Card, \u201cvision accessibility features\u201d refers to the available functionalities and capabilities of the software, while \u201cuser experience\u201d refers to your overall user satisfaction with and ease-of-use of the software.</li>
<li>In one question, we ask about the new accessibility features introduced in 2025. To help you answer this question, we recommend taking a look at <a href="https://www.applevis.com/blog/apple-previews-new-accessibility-features-coming-later-year-accessibility-nutrition-labels">the preview of these features</a> and Scott Davert's blog post discussing <a href="https://www.applevis.com/blog/whats-new-ios-26-accessibility-blind-deafblind-users">what's new in iOS 26 accessibility for blind and DeafBlind users.</a></li>
<li>Before submitting the survey, please take a moment to carefully review your ratings and comments to ensure that they are a fair and accurate representation of your experience and opinions. By providing thoughtful and well-considered feedback, you can help ensure that the survey results are meaningful and constructive.</li>
<li>Each person may complete the survey one (1) time.</li>
<li>By completing this survey and including comments, you grant AppleVis permission to feature some or all of your comments in its Apple Vision Accessibility Report Card. You can opt to be attributed by your AppleVis account display name or quoted anonymously.</li>
<li>To ensure accuracy and authenticity of user content, AppleVis will not correct spelling, diction, capitalization, punctuation, or make any other grammatical modifications to comments included in the Report Card. Comments may be lightly formatted to ensure consistency of presentation and content accessibility.</li>
</ul>
<p>It is our hope that the 2025 Apple Vision Accessibility Report Card will be our most impactful report yet and be a force for positive change at Apple. Every voice matters, and every completed survey will directly contribute to the outcome and efficacy of the Report Card.
