[Ctabs] Change of National Representative

Fellow Federationists:

Though we all love Ever Lee Hairston, there has been a change in our National Federation of the Blind Representative for our state convention.

Coming up from Baltimore, we will have, my friend and mentor:

When I go to Baltimore to be trained on how to be a legislative coordinator, he is the one running those trainings. He's a great leader and also a great person. Let's all show him a great time!
