[Ctabs] Update on the Treasury

CTABS members and leaders:

It gives me great pleasure to announce that our treasury has officially been migrated into a restricted fund in the NFB of Connecticut's account. This means that our CTABS Treasurer will no longer be making actual transactions at a bank for our organization.

Please join me in thanking Nathanael Wales, NFBCT Treasurer, for his work in establishing this restricted fund.
