Thank you for this clarification. It was me who made the error about July minutes when working with Lucia to have them sent to the board.

Lucia and All,

The  quarterly state board minutes are approved at the next  quarterly state board meeting.

 

 

The annual board minutes at the state convention are approved at the  following year's annual board meeting at the next convention.

I checked the minutes for Jan, 2023 and the minutes for Nov. 2022 and it wasn't an oversight. The Board votes to approve the convention business minutes at each convention. The July minutes were always approved at our January meetings. I hope this helps.

Attached please find the minutes from our July 22, 2023 Board Meeting. Through an oversight, these were not voted on for approval at our State Convention Board Meeting in November. We will approve these minutes at our January Board Meeting on January 13, 2024.
