I just want to emphasize that it is time to begin planning for traveling to
Orlando to attend our National Convention July 3 - 8. Remember that the
affiliate is offering $850 subsidies. And if it's your first time, I
encourage you to also consider applying for additional funding through our
Jernigan convention scholarship program. Your chapter president and I are
happy to help you through the Jernigan scholarship application process; the
deadline is April 15, so please begin preparing now. See the forwarded for
more details.

President Riccobono has shared information regarding concerns about travel
advisories to Florida.  As an update on our commitment, we are launching the
National Federation of the Blind Convention Ally Network. The goal of this
network is to help facilitate participation in the convention and support
those who feel unsafe because of laws in the state of Florida. Sign up for
