The purpose of the hearing is to offer the public, consumers, advocates, agencies and organizations the opportunity to provide comments pertaining to proposed changes to the policies that govern the administration of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program. The proposed changes to existing policy are in the categories of “Personal Adjustment Training”, “Post-Secondary Training” and “Adaptive Equipment, Telecommunications, Sensory and Technological Aids/Devices.” The proposed policy changes, including a Preamble detailing the reasons for these proposed changes, is available for review at the link immediately below and also at </span></b><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><a target="_blank" href="http://www.ct.gov/besb"><b><span style="color:blue">www.ct.gov/besb</span></b></a></span><b><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">, in the “Upcoming Events and Announcements” Section and in the “Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation” Section.
