[Diabetes-talk] A question

Now I was polite,
I was told by the nurse the reason why they don't call me, is because it is 
considered a unnecessary call.
They can tell me all about it when I go to the appointment.
I shared no,
this wasn't unnecessary, unless a format is sent to me for me to read,
I will keep calling.
How would you have handled the matter.
