[Diabetes-talk] A one C

that's a really good A1C for diabetics the medical field considers an A1C of 
7 to be a good one for people without diabetes the number can be anywhere 
from 4.5 to 7 from what i have learned u must be taking good care of 
yourself way to go.

i am a type 1 my last A1C was 5.9 i was also shocked.
