Just think,
Each time you know where you are at with your sugars, then you will feel so 
much better that you are doing the rite thing.
I make it a game.
I trying to stay close to one hundred and twenty if possible.
Now giggle,
ship me outside and my sugars drop.
So my husband says better go out in the cold to get your sugars to drop.
We laugh.
If your sugars are high then your doctor will help you adjust medicine to 
help you keep it in a place he feels good.
We also talk about our
A one C from time to time.
This is a number that they draw blood from you every three months and tell 
you what you have been doing for three months average.
Request this, because it is important.
I see my doctor four times a year.
This is what the insurance allows.
I will write you privately and share more only if you wish.
I don't want you over whelmed.
