Hi Eileen,

I just received my new "Prodigy Voice" and had excellent help from Tina
Rockwell of "Advance Diabetic Solutions" from Atlanta, Ga. I am from New
Jersey and we just launched our Diabetes Division of the National Federation
of the Blind of New Jersey. We had Tina and her manager Jordan join us in a
workshop and they were very positive with working with us and helped a few
people who had insurance through Medicare but were paying somewhere around
$40 for their strips. They took the information from the people involved
here in NJ and before the workshop was finished, about an hour and a half,
were able to tell us the person was going to receive their "Prodigy Voice
Test Strips" directly from them in the future. The best part of this was
that this was going to be at no charge and mailed to this person's home.
Tina and Jordan demonstrated the "Prodigy Voice" and encouraged anyone
interested in testing themselves to see how easy it was to work with.
I too have a prescription plan where I receive 3 months of supplies and
would have to pay for everything if I did not follow their plan. Tina
Rockwell made the whole process work flawlessly and my description isn't
obvious, I was very happy and grateful for her assistance.

Their number at Advanced Diabetic Solutions is 888-377-6382.
their Web Page is: http://www.advanceddiabeticsolutions.net/

Subject: [Diabetes-talk] Need Info for Ordering Prodigy Voice & Test
Strippes?

Sorry, I sent the below earlier, but it went to the wrong address so I'm
trying to send it again. Thanks for any help.

Hi:

I am having a problem with my mail order pharmacy getting the Prodigy Voice
meter & Voice Test Strippes. I must go through Express Scripts for all my
maintenance meds & must get 3 month supplies at a time. I will not get
coverage if I purchase locally.

Express Scripts uses Cardinal House as their supplier and it is Cardinal
House who is telling Express Scripts that they cannot get the talking meter
and strippes to go with it.

What contact information & product information do I need to give to Express
Scripts to pass along to Cardinal House to get the order filled and in the
future to get my three month supplies covered under my plan.

Thanks for any relevant information that will assist.

Eileen
