[Diabetes-talk] water!!!

I've done that but have since seen a lot of info on freezing or allowing 
your plastic water bottle to get to warm releases all sorts of chemical 
toxins... like microwaving with plastic, its not good!
 But I also feel its all personal choices, and regardless we all have our 
poisons to  choose from!
