Yes, the newer Voice has all the same functions as the old. I only remarked about the headphones because some of them have distorted speech with the newer Voice that did not with the older one. It depends upon the headset one is using. With Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, one must set them to receive as if one were hooking them to the sound system on an airliner, that is, turn the sensitivity down in order not to be blasted to Kingdom Come.
