Hi there,
Yes I test before breakfast, I don't leave the table until I take my 
vitamins and sugar pills.
Then it is done.
I take care of me first before anything else gets done.
Yes you have children, I don't, even if I did, that is one time I would 
take care of myself first.
Then I could do better with my children.
