  Hey Gang:

This has been just the most wonderful thing! Hearing everyone's tribute to
our friend Ed Bryant! Very touching! Once again, it brings up that
proverbial lump in my throat along with the tears to my eyes. I always knew
he was well-liked and respected. Thanks so much again! I feel like I've
been hugged a million times. Sure hope someone saves this for Gayle.
Speaking of which, whatever you do, how many of you can, please, along with
me, keep in touch with her. She's really going to need us aftr the
let-down. Ya know that long break after the funeral, burial, and all is
said and done. There's that lag time in between that and whenever she's
able to move on past the really painful stages of grieving, seemingly
endless loneliness and so on. Even if you don't know what to say, sometimes
just hearing "I love you." can really make a difference. Thanks again!!

  Bern
