Hi there,
If we can still down load to read, I am unsure of why there is a problem.
You would think that the hospitals and other agencies would get this on 
their own for the patients.
That it is for the blind to down load.
I understand that many persons might not have computers,
but wondering if the libraries would have a version of the magazine.
Just some thoughts.
