Hello everyone. Well, it has been almost three months, and I'm managing my Diabetes pretty well. Better than I thought I would in the beginning. :)

But I have an infection that has suttlely raised my numbers above200 after meals, and my fasting levels are up also. When I first noticed this symptom around the 28th of December, I chalked it up to the Holiday food fest. But last weekend when the infection showed itself in the form of an abcess, I connected the dots and became concerned. I'm due for my 3rd month a1c at the end of January, and for some reason I feel like I should be doing better than in the beginning of this whole thing.
I'd like to know how you all manage when you don't feel good, don't feel like testing, have the flue, another cold or infection, etc. Also how long does it take for the numbers to stabilise after the condition clears up? Thank you all for your support.
