[Diabetes-talk] A question about travel and waste disposal

Hi, all.  :)  I'm about to take a couple of train trips that will last just over 25 hours each.  I will have to test before at least two meals during that time.  I know I can bring a bottle for the needles and strips, but if I'd need to get rid of the tissues, are there rules on trains/plain/etc about disposal of such things?  I hope all of you have had a great weekend.
