When my blood sugars run low like 70 I am left feeling totally whiped out 
and exhausted.  I believe that its due to the fact that the body releases, I 
think, adrenalin and it leaves people feeling tired.  I'm drawing a blank on 
exactly what gets released and can't think of the exact thing right now.  It 
may be adrenalin or something else.
