[Diabetes-talk] Today...

Hi There Ladies:

I feel the same way. But...Gotta watch it. I feel wiped out when the sugar
is really high too. When I hit 70ish, I feel tired, cold, and usually by
then, I'm dropping. So it isn't long before I begin to have trouble with my
balance--lightheaded. As I continue to drop, my tongue begins to tingle, my
nose, my lips, my throat, and even the roots of my hair. There was one time
I was taken to the hospital--somewhere down in the lower 40's, When Bill
came from work to get me at the hospital after I'd been taken in, he was
rubbing my hair and I had to tell him to stop because my head was tingly.
It was really strange. It's really weird. When I get real bad, I almost feel
like my soul has left my body and it's observing everything that's happening
to me from the outside. That's the only way I can explain it. When I get
much below that, I usually don't remember, or maybe I remember bits and
pieces...Nothing clearly... Scary!!! My husband tells me I usually cry
uncontrollably too, although I don't even remember that most of the time. I
feel super foolish and just can't stand it!
