Hi Dar,
The attached Article "Dealing with Hypoglycemia--Low Blood Sugar"
appeared in the Voice a good while back. It is a bit lengthy, but I tried
to cover why a diabetic might be low, how you might act if you are low, how
to treat a low, and other suggestions.
I hope the article provides you with good information.
Regards,
Ed Bryant

For lunch I had a tuna melt.
Was plum good.
Went to the grocery store while there, I started feeling funny.
Never thinking of it being my sugars, we came home put items away and I felt
so tired.
Like I lost all of my energy.
Now it was nine degrees out, and we got a ride to the store.
When I took my sugars around dinner time, it was seventy.
I felt tired and no energy at all.
I had some fruit before dinner.
I have missed it and got some.
When I took my sugars two hours after eating it said one twenty.
So I had a peanut butter sandwich.
Half one slice of bread.
How do you folks feel when you are low.
I am hoping I will be a bit higher tomorrow.
I got some yogurt to make a shake, but I get cold so don't know if I can do
that or not.
do any of you make hot drinks in your blender that are good?
thanks,
--Dar
