I say the same thing about sandals.--Except, of course, on days such as
those we had last week when we had to walk through six inches of snow.
So far my feet are fine.

My solution to the problem is not to worry about it. I get my feet checked
at each three-month doctor's visit and I have good pulses and nerve
reactions in both feet and ankles so I just wear what I like and what's
comfortable. Which means that I break half the "diabetic foot rules" a good
bit of the time.
Flipflops forever! (grin)
