Wicked Dar, LOL,
Before that I was up near 270 and that was because I stopped taking metformin for a while...and I know some people on this list will be tempted to lecture me, perhaps, but refrain...I've done enough of that internally. LOL!

Anyway, so now I am working seriously on getting the numbers down and keeping them that way, so to me 197 is major progress. *SMILE*

P.S: I'm no angel, either. Hahahahhaha.
