[Diabetes-talk] fasting glucose levels

Its a natural phoenominum for all people, shortly before sunrise glucose 
levels rise to prepare the body awakening and starting the day.
Years ago now, I was participating in a sleep study and the circadian 
rhythm, and during a period my internal clock got off... this rise showed 
right in line with  the rest of my bodies  clock being off by about 9 hours.
